For the duration of that hour our team will set up everything and switch on the pig to finish cooking, It has to be PERFECT! While your guests pick up their plates and help themselves to sauces, our waitresses and chefs will then serve the meat to your guests and you won`'`t have to worry about a single thing! The serving time is completely configurable in the checkout page.
